The legacy desktop is retired.

PvPInsight is moving from its old Windows desktop application to an independent Fabric mod with an in-game experience. The replacement is still in development and is not available for download.

Official download routes no longer serve the desktop installer or portable archive. Existing installations are not remotely removed, disabled, or changed.

Voluntary uninstall

  1. Close PvPInsight. Closing Minecraft first is recommended.
  2. Back up the application's logs folder and %LOCALAPPDATA%\PvPInsight if either exists. These locations may contain fight replays, settings, sync identity, and recovery data.
  3. Installer build: open Windows Settings → Apps → Installed apps, select PvPInsight, and choose Uninstall.
  4. Portable build: delete only the extracted PvPInsight application folder after confirming your backup.

Uninstalling is optional. PvPInsight will not delete local fights, identity files, backups, or Minecraft mods remotely. Do not remove a PvPInsight Fabric JAR until replacement instructions identify exactly which file to use.

Replacement status

The previously released JAR was a capture bridge that depended on a local analysis service. It is not being presented as the independent replacement. A future release must provide in-game review, persistence, analysis, consent controls, and safe update behavior before downloads resume.
